  • Plastic – Requires low-temperature heater with safety limits

3. Drum Dimensions (if custom):

  • Height (mm)

Step 2: Choose Heater Specifications

1. Voltage:

  • 110V / 120V
  • 220V / 230V

2. Wattage (based on heating speed):

  • Common options: 1000W, 1200W,1600,3200
  • Higher wattage = faster heating

3. Temperature Control:

  • Built-in adjustable thermostat
  • Digital external temperature controller
  • Fixed preset thermostat (e.g., 40°C or 60°C)

4. Operating Temperature Range:

  • Typical: 0°C to 120°C
  • Optional low-temp models for sensitive materials

Step 3: Select Jacket Material and Features
